I’ve never really done the Q&A/chat thing, although I don’t really have a good reason why. I suppose I always just figured, “why would anyone want to ask me a bunch of questions?”
Well, it turns out that a lot of you would like to ask questions, and you already do it a fair bit over the two primary social media vehicles, Twitter and Facebook. I thank you for it, and it gave me an idea.
So, let’s try and make it a thing. Tomorrow, beginning at 1pm CT, and lasting roughly an hour to an hour and a half, I’ll take your questions on Facebook and Twitter. I don’t know how many I’ll get, and I don’t know how many I’ll get to, but I’m going to do my best. It could be fun, and it’s an off-day for the Cubs, so why not?
Here’s how it’ll work: at 1pm CT, I’ll throw up a post on Facebook to start the Q&A thread there. You respond to it with your questions, and I’ll reply with answers (to the best of my ability). On Twitter, starting at 1pm CT, you can feel free to bombard me with questions – send them @BleacherNation, and use the hashtag #BNQA.
Ask whatever you’d like – Cubs stuff, trade rumor stuff, baseball stuff, site operations stuff, family stuff, pre-Revolutionary War textile stuff, etc. I can’t promise to answer everything, but you’re sure free to ask it all.
I’ll remind you tomorrow when we’re kicking things off.
