No, that is not a typo. The Cubs – and that lineup – actually beat Clayton Kershaw and the Dodgers last night. Travis Wood was fantastic, and the Cubs kept putting runners on base, eventually breaking through.
The Cubs stranded 13 runners and barely did squat with runners in scoring position, but, because they pulled out the win, no one will really focus on those things (plus, that story is so played out at this point).
