The full MLB.tv schedule for Spring Training is out, and you can see it here. The Chicago Cubs have 20(!) games on MLB.tv this year, which is freaking awesome. In other words, if you buy MLB.tv, you get those 20 Spring Training games in addition to the rest of the actual season. And if you buy via this link, you support BN in the process.
As we recently discussed, there are a ton of Cubs games on TV/video this year. Even if you don’t go the MLB.tv route, those of you in the Chicago area should still get 11 games between CSN (7 games), WGN-9 (3), and ESPN (1).*
Perhaps most importantly, even if you don’t care to get MLB.tv or watch the games yourself, the games that are televised tend to provide more info than the ones that aren’t, for obvious reasons. More eyes on how players look, more video highlights, etc. Getting 20 out of the Cubs’ 33 Spring games on video of some kind is just outstanding.
The 20 games on MLB.tv are:
March 10 against the Indians
March 11 against the Dodgers
March 12 against the Angels
March 13 against the A’s
March 14 against the Brewers
March 15 against the Reds
March 16 against the Padres
March 18 against the Dodgers
March 19 against the Diamondbacks
March 20 against the White Sox
March 22 against the Padres
March 25 against the Mariners
March 26 against the Angels
March 27 against the White Sox
March 29 against the Royals
March 30 against the Giants
March 31 against the Rangers
April 1 against the Brewers
April 3 against the Diamondbacks
April 4 against the Diamondbacks
