Draft Night Eve Open Thread: Nobody Knows Nothin’
In part because I get *really* excited the night before the draft, and in part because I can’t bear to have the Javy Baez news sitting on top all night long, I present to you an open thread to discuss all manner of draft-related rumors/speculation/dreaming/etc.
A handful of items to get you going, as it sounds like almost anything is still possible, even at this point …
#Dbacks Deric Ladnier says team's decided on 1st pick. Has told 5 players it considered for #1. Has not told any of them who choice will be
— Steve Gilbert (@SteveGilbertMLB) June 8, 2015
That would seem to indicate that #Dbacks have not reached a predraft deal with any player at this point.

Consensus response from teams and advisors this hour about what happens tomorrow in the top few picks
¯_(ツ)_/¯

Here's how I'd handicap the odds for who Arizona picks at #1 tomorrow:
Dansby Swanson 75%
Tyler Jay 15%
Tyler Stephenson 10%— Kiley McDaniel (@kileymcd) June 8, 2015
Teams making signability calls on backup/underslot options. I'm told Kevin Newman, Ke'Bryan Hayes & Trenton Clark could go in top 10 as such

Tomorrow I'll have the top 125 draft prospects along with the Carlos Correa call-up and the Monday Morning ten pack. I'm sleepy.

Keith Law's mock. The three short stops, Kyle Tucker, and Dillon Tate go 1-5. pic.twitter.com/RnCDN8A7kR

Almost at point where gathering more mock draft info seems counterproductive. Nothing certain, many scenarios cluttering my brain. @MLBDraft

Between @JonathanMayoB3 & me, we're trying to relay @MLBDraft buzz as we hear it. Check it out here: http://t.co/e66Oq6IN6N.
