Not only is it nice to see Kris Bryant’s powerful righty bat in the lineup tonight against lefty Francisco Liriano, it’s great to see him in there because it’s obviously a positive sign about his head injury from yesterday.

That’s also a really nice lineup to face a lefty. Outside of Jon Lester, every batter can bat righty tonight … except for Anthony Rizzo, who crushes lefties these days.
As for Bryant, I’m quite confident that there’s no chance he would be out there if the Cubs were even the slightest bit concerned about his health long-term. So this is excellent news.
