Although it wasn’t how we hoped the final homer of the year would play out for the Cubs, at least Kris Bryant’s 8th inning shot last night was a no doubter:

That was a 421-footer, coming off the bat at 104.9mph, according to Home Run Tracker. It wasn’t a great postseason overall for Bryant, but that was true for many Cubs, and it’s not like you can take much meaning from it.
Still, it was nice to see Bryant get ahold of one for one final time. It’ll have to last us for a little while.
