Brett and Sahadev talk about a 2015 season that was easily the most fun that either have had covering the Cubs. However, the sweep at the hand of the Mets, their pitching, and Daniel Murphy left a bad taste in both their mouths. The Mets outplayed the Cubs in nearly every facet for four games. Combine that with every bounce going their way and it was a dominant performance by the NL Champions. But despite the bitter ending, there was plenty to like from 2015, the future remains bright, and a critical offseason looms.
And, hey, seasonally-appropriate, impromptu horror movie discussions!
