The Arizona Fall League’s version of an All-Star Game is this Saturday – the Fall Stars Game – and the coolest part is that it’s televised on MLB Network and streamed at MLB.com. The game is at 7pm CT, so you’ll want to check it out if you’re free.
The Cubs’ representatives for the game are catcher Willson Contreras, because he’s a freaking stud, and pitcher Corey Black, who is a promising relief arm for the Cubs, though it hasn’t quite shown through in the AFL thus far.
I know what you’re thinking: where’s Jeimer Candelario? The Cubs’ third base prospect has been tearing the league up, so it seems like he should be in the Fall Stars Game, too, right? Well, the good news is that you can make it happen:
