If you’re dreaming of working for the Chicago Cubs, you can check out some new job listings:
It’s a great time to join the team! Several full-time and seasonal jobs are posted at https://t.co/yarot5Nw88. pic.twitter.com/PWZPGcYRjP

There are a ton of season and internship opportunities listed here, which may or may not be ideal for you (bonus: if you land the internship in the communications department, you might get to bug me next Summer if I tweet something inaccurate or unseemly!).
There are a number of full-time gigs available, too, if you fit into the parameters requested, including a job in the front office’s Research and Development department using analytics to evaluate pitcher performance. Given how successful the Cubs have been on that front in recent years – and project to be again next year – the addition of another brilliant mind will assuredly transform the Cubs’ pitching infrastructure into some kind of Constructicon Devastator.
The question, of course, is whether you want to blend your hobby/passion with your work life. Some folks feel like you should keep those things separate. For me, it’s worked out well. For you? I say if you’re interested, give it a shot.
