[adinserter block=”2″]The Chicago Cubs’ Spring Training complex was apparently once again buzzing today with arrivals, and batting practice, and dancing and laughing. I guess I can’t confirm those last two, but I think it’s a pretty good bet.
The Cubs today announced a few more players who will be coming to big league camp, and, at the pace everyone else has been arriving, they might be the last three there.
Even the Cubs are joking about all the early arrivals:

Cubs pitching prospect Corey Black mentioned it, too (with the awesome hashtag, which is a Cubs minor league saying):
Love that pretty much our entire org is here early before camp even starts. #WhenItHappens

Among the enjoyable batting practice moments today, according to BN’er Spriggs – Javy bein’ Javy:

The Tribune’s Mark Gonzales was at the park today, and he got a ton of great shots – you should give him a follow on Twitter to check them out. For example, this beaut:

Anyone else immediately see Anthony Rizzo’s “heyyyyy” expression?
And one more from Gonzales, capturing Kyle Schwarber’s lit shirt:

How about this sparkling shot of Kris Bryant:

And speaking of Bryant, Jason Heyward does the impossible:

Yes, Heyward is taller than Bryant. Unthinkable.
John Arguello was there again today getting his usually fantastic set of looks, including Javy Baez in the outfield:

Arguello also got some tape of Kris Bryant’s BP session:
There’s much more in his post today, including a video of one of Baez’s vicious BP hacks.
