The regular, defense first, Jon Lester lineup is scheduled to take the field tonight, with Javy Baez at third base and Kris Bryant in left field.
However, due to the benefit of an American League park, Jon Lester will not have to bat tonight, as Jorge Soler steps in as the designated hitter. In addition, the only other notable change is that Javy Baez is batting ninth, instead of eighth, with David Ross sticking in his usual eighth spot.
We’ll have a full Pre-Gamin’ for you closer to game time.
