Reiterating: the Chicago Cubs can clinch the division this week in St. Louis, but it’ll require a sweep to pull off.
Which means they’ll have to win again tonight if they want to rub it the Cardinals’ faces on Wednesday.

This particular lineup – with Jorge Soler in left field, batting cleanup – is becoming the norm against left-handed pitchers, and I must say it’s a nice one. While it leaves us without Javy Baez, we do get both of Willson Contreras and Soler, with the latter batting cleanup. I like it.
With the exception of Anthony Rizzo and Jason Heyward, the rest of the Cubs lineup will bat from the right side – something Jaime Garcia has struggled with this year.
We’ll have a full Pre-Gamin’ for you closer to game time.
