As you can tell, Chris Coghlan is back in the lineup after spraining his ankle on Wednesday, which is very good news for his chances at making the postseason roster. Given how he’s played lately (particularly at the plate), he’s starting to feel like a lock for October (#LOcktober).
Unfortunately, Jorge Soler has not yet returned to the lineup, even though he has rejoined his team in Cincinnati. With any luck, he’ll start tomorrow or Sunday and look healthy and ready for the playoffs. Both outfielders’ bats can be huge in the postseason, so here’s to getting healthy.
We’ll have a full Pre-gamin’ for you close to game time.
