Attention, ye happiness seekers, wishing to continue this amazing moment:

If past Blackhawks celebrations are even remotely a guide, the volume of people coming out for that celebration will be overwhelming. The parade will presumably end at Grant Park in a rally.

There will be more details released very soon, I’d imagine, but you’ll probably want to start making your plans. Best guess is that the parade will be in the morning, with the rally taking place mid-day.
UPDATE: Official details released. The parade will depart Wrigley Field at 10am CT, and reach the official downtown parade portion at 11am, ending at Grant Park at approximately noon. Then and there, the rally.
You can see the route here. In essence, the Cubs will head over to Lake Shore Drive on Addison from Wrigley Field, then down Lake Shore to Michigan Avenue, where the downtown portion will commence.
