MLB’s Esurance Awards are, let’s be honest, exist at least partly because they can be sponsored.
But, if we’re being honest on the other side of the coin, they have some fun, off-beat categories and moments that might not otherwise be discussed after a given season if there wasn’t an award to highlight them.
