After tying with their cross-town rivals yesterday afternoon, the Chicago Cubs are hosting the undefeated Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (3-0).
That means if you’re in the area, you might get a chance to watch Mike Trout do his thing in person (if that’s not something you’ve gotten around to yet, I strongly encourage it).
Of course, he’s not actually in the starting lineup, so it’s pretty unlikely he’ll make an appearance today (regulars tend not to come off of the bench in Spring Training). But you DO get to see Ben Revere in center field, so, you know. Basically the same.
As for the Cubs, they offer up Alec Mills in his Cubs Spring Training debut. The righty is one of the Cubs’ many interesting depth/reclamation arms this Spring, and he could wind up playing a role with the big league team for multiple stretches this season.

Rule 5 pick Caleb Smith will also make his Cubs debut today.
Today’s game is not being broadcast by the Cubs’ side, but it is on Fox Sports West, which means it’ll be on MLB.tv. The Cubs-based audio will be available at MLB.com.
