Although this year’s installment of the All-Star Game was lacking in the on-field excitement category, it was unquestionably a lot more fun than in years past. I don’t know if that will hold in the coming years, but no longer having the thing tied to World Series home field advantage opened up a lot more opportunity for guys to just chill out and show off.
It was great, and I truly enjoyed watching.
