As the Cubs put the game away last night, one of the 8th inning runs came via an Ian Happ run-scoring single.
Thing is, there was no runner on third base. Or second base. The runner who scored was Javy Baez, and he was on first base.
Off he goes:

As you can see, Baez is going with the pitch, so he was flying well around second base by the time the ball reached an outfielder. From there, third base coach Gary Jones initially was waving Baez in, but then put on the brakes. It looks like Baez decided it was too late to slow up, which threw off the Diamondbacks, and he wound up scoring easily as the throw sailed high.
Baez has speed:
According to Statcast, Baez ran from 1st to home in 9.43 seconds, 2nd fastest time for a #Cubs player this year

And that was with a pause, too!
