With the Winter Meetings in the rearview, and real baseball still months away, I’ll be working to surface some of the more fun moments from the 2017 season. You’ll probably remember most. You might not remember all.
For example, this is one I kinda forgot about, but it’s all kinds of fun: when Kyle Schwarber broke the Budweiser sign on top of the right field video board with a massive batting practice homer.
Looks like our @Budweiser sign is damaged.

There’s something about the top of that right field video board with Schwarber, eh? He parked his famous 2015 NLDS homer up there – ever so courteously and gently – but this time, there was nothing courteous or gentle about it. Just destruction.
I look forward to Schwarber destroying more of the board in the years to come. Sorry, Cubs.
