Kris Bryant departed today’s rehab start at AA Tennessee after just two at bats, which was almost certainly a planned event, but at the moment it happened, you can understand some nervousness.
But, yes, it must have been all planned, because Bryant caught a flight out west, and is set rejoin his teammates in San Francisco. In fact, he may even be able to start tomorrow:

And more than just a return, fingers crossed that the two weeks of rest have done Bryant’s shoulder well, and he returns with the kind of power he flashed as a born again prospect in Tennessee yesterday.
