Coming in on the ball and leaving your feet to make a diving catch is probably among the “easier” diving catches out there – when compared to lateral or running backwards, I mean – but that doesn’t make it easy. Heck, reading the depth of a ball hit right at you quickly enough to be in a position to make a diving catch is tough on its own.
But Albert Almora is Albert Almora, and he makes it work with ease:
