Victor Caratini Gives the Cubs a Lead with a Two-Run Shot! (VIDEO)

Chicago Cubs

With runners on second and third and two outs in the 4th inning (of a 2-2 early April game), Cole Hamels perfectly executed an away changeup to strike out Lorenzo Cain and end the inning, and catcher Victor Caratini pumped his fist like it was the 8th inning of an NLCS game. And I’m not making fun of him, because I did it, too.

Clearly, he was still jacked up when he came to the plate the next inning:

Caratini just yanked the crap out of that one, taking advantage of a poorly-located pitch, and giving the Cubs a two-run lead.
