The best the Cubs can now hope for is a series split with the Dodgers. But to get there, they’ll need Yu Darvish to turn in a decent start and for the bats to wake up and stay up (they’ve scored just three runs in three of the past four games).
HOWEVER, I will not be around to see if they do, because tonight I’m celebrating my one-year anniversary with the wife! I’ll still be pulling for the Cubs, but I’m happy to say they’ll be the last thing on my mind.
Go Cubs. Go happy first year of marriage!
