HI THERE! The 40-Hour #BNBlogathon Begins NOW!

Chicago Cubs

It has arrived: the Bleacher Nation Blogathon. It’s 40 hours straight of blogging thanks to your generosity to Make-A-Wish. At last check, we were just shy of $15,000 given to Make-A-Wish, which is incredible. You are all amazing (and you can still give here if you haven’t and want to). I plan to do portions of the Blogathon from various spots around Wrigleyville, so that should be fun. It starts this morning outside Wrigley Field, and it ends Wednesday night at Nisei Lounge.

The 2019 MLB Trade Deadline is tomorrow afternoon at 3 pm CT, and I will be blogging/tweeting/videoing/whatevering from now until through the deadline and through the Cubs/Cardinals game tomorrow night. It’ll be 40 hours of fun, madness, and hopefully lots of trade rumors and activity after lots of silence (whether by the Cubs or not).

You can expect to see a lot more content than usual around here, as well on our various social media channels. You’ll want to follow BN on Twitter and like it on Facebook to maximize your Blogathon enjoyment. Join in the fun on Twitter by using the #BNBlogathon hashtag (I’ll be sharing those tweets here throughout the Blogathon).

I am ready for 40 hours of silliness. LET’S GO.
