Chicago Cubs Lineup: Kemp at Second, Caratini Behind the Dish

Chicago Cubs

We knew the Nationals’ offense would be tough for the Cubs left-handed starters, but maybe Jose Quintana will have a little more luck than Jon Lester. Here’s the lineup for Game 2 in Chicago:

Chicago Cubs Lineup:

  1. J-Hey, CF
  2. Artist, RF
  3. KB, 3B
  4. Tony, 1B
  5. El Mago, SS
  6. Schwarbs, LF
  7. Vic, C
  8. Chieng, 2B
  9. Lelo, P

With Joe Ross on the bump this afternoon, the Cubs are rolling with a pretty standard lineup. Jason Heyward is leading off and playing center and he’s flanked by Nicholas Castellanos and Kyle Schwarber in right and left. Victor Caratini is behind the plate for Jose Quintana and Tony Kemp is at second base. Let’s hope this group can score a few more runs than they did yesterday.

As usual, we’ll have your full Pre-Gamin’ post closer to game time (1:20 CT)
