Whew – another day, another 2000+ words on a CBA issue (the KB service time grievance this time). I really didn’t expect my week to be full of that type of post, but it just kinda happened. I’ll admit: for as happy as I am not being a lawyer anymore, digging into the language of the CBA tickles that part of my brain a little bit. I don’t miss it. But clearly, some part of me still likes to seek out legal issues to discuss and dissect.
