Cubs First Exhibition Game Against the White Sox on Sunday Will Be on ESPN
The Cubs finally started airing their intrasquad games on Marquee this week, and coming this weekend, we get the next step in the fake-game progression: exhibition games.
On Sunday at 7pm CT, the Cubs will play the Chicago White Sox in an exhibition game, one of three total, in advance of the regular season opening next Friday. The game will be televised locally on Marquee (please get the Comcast deal done … ), and the good news for folks out of market is that the game will also be on ESPN:
Weekend programming note for Cubs/Sox fans outside the Chicago market: Exhibition game on Sunday night will be on ESPN TV.

It’s possible Opening Day starter Kyle Hendricks will get a few innings in that one as a final tuneup for his Friday start against the Brewers.
