Pre-Gamin’: White Sox at Cubs (7:05 CT) – Lineups, Broadcast Info, Game Thread
The Chicago Cubs will play three exhibition games before the start of the 2020 season. Two of them will come against the White Sox, whom they’ll see for 10%(!) of their regular season games this year. Tonight is the first of those two (fake) games and it’s at Wrigley Field.
No, this game doesn’t count, but I am excited nonetheless. It’s baseball. And it’s not a scrimmage against themselves. This is awesome, and it was never a lock that we’d even ever get this far. I will thoroughly enjoy it, and you should too. You can check out our full lineup discussion right here.
And (it’s been too long) … Go Cubs!
Note: The original lineup had Albert Almora in center, but it is actually Ian Happ.
