Like Michael wrote earlier today, Jason Heyward has been hitting the ball really hard this year, and his terrible results aren’t entirely reflective of that contact. But at the same time, the extent to which he’s been hitting the ball on the ground to the right side plays a huge part in the results. If you aren’t elevating your hard contact, you aren’t going to do much damage.
