After doing … well, not much at all today on offense, Kyle Schwarber broke the Cubs out of their funk, giving them a two-run lead in the 6th inning with his fifth homer of the season:

That homer was 102 MPH off the bat and 430 feet out to straight away center field. It was Kyle Schwarber’s fifth homer of the season and second hit of the day (he also had a double). Still a long way to go in this one, but as of now, the Cubs have the lead.
