You could take this for a laughing moment, since everything seems to have turned out OK. But when a random person gets into a stadium right now and has a bunch of stuff with him, it’s actually kinda scary.
Late in today’s Yankees-Red Sox game, some guy apparently got access up in the outfield at Fenway Park, started screaming and throwing a hat? It’s really weird, and like I said, it was probably scary for a bit, too:

It’s not at all clear if that’s a mental health situation or a substance situation or what was going on. I just hope that the guy is safely removed completely, and if he needs help, he gets it.
Suffice to say: do not do this right now. It was probably only a matter of time before something like this happened given the closed and otherwise empty stadiums, but you still don’t want to see it.
