Surveillance Video Shows Dude Walking Into Empty Miller Park, Carving Up the Infield with a Tractor

Chicago Cubs

With ballparks across the country shut down over the summer during the height of the quarantine, it just became too darn tempting not to sneak into one for a wild tractor ride. Apparently. I don’t advise it.

You may remember from back in June when a guy was charged with doing exactly that: breaking into Miller Park, “commandeering” a tractor, and then trying to write his name into the field with it. It was a crazy story.

… and now there’s video:

That was a wild ride, which wound up looking nothing like a name carved into the field, and also did $40,000 in damages. Yeah, he got into some serious trouble.
