Well, here we are: Elimination time. With a win tonight, the Los Angeles Dodgers could FINALLY get that coveted World Series title they’ve been chasing (and coming ever so close to) since 1988. I’m very much hoping they don’t get it, though – not because they don’t deserve it and not because they’ve basically become the Yankees of the National League (minus all the, you know, rings), but because I’d like baseball to be in my life for two more nights, not one more night.
But also all that other stuff.
So either way … go Rays.
