Kris Bryant’s bounce-back tour began in earnest just now as he hit the Cubs’ first homer of the year.

Also, where was the center fielder looking on this one:

Hey, how about the classy point to the crowd after touching home plate? I’m sure it’s great to have them back to see you do that. (UPDATE: Actually, Bryant says he was pointing as his son Kyler, who was at his first game. Oh, that’s nice, too, I guess … )

A final note. Although I’ll admit that I liked the match-up for Bryant today – fly ball lefty against that swing with the wind blowing out? – I don’t think I actually have psychic powers (check the time stamp):
