I’m not sure if you immediately associate Willson Contreras with massive power, but he is consistently a 400+ foot guy, and goes the other way with ease. That’s a power guy.
So when I say that he hit the longest homer of his career tonight, that means he hit it a really long way. And he did, man. A whopping 491 feet on this blast:

UPDATE: AN ABSOLUTE SCANDAL!!! Statcast later revised the initial distance down to just 456 feet. That’s still very long, but not the longest of Contreras’s career. I sense a conspiracy!
