Hey, Guess What? Patrick Wisdom Just Homered Again

LOL … I mean. Come on. HOW?

Patrick Wisdom has homered again, his EIGHTH of the season in just 43 plate appearances, giving the Cubs a 5-0 lead in the top of the 6th. And he hasn’t even struck out tonight! Unbelievable.

That homer was 110 MPH off the bat and traveled 382 feet. It didn’t have a ton of distance, because the launch angle was low, but it was absolutely rocked. Make no mistake about it.

Wisdom is now slashing .385/.442/1.051 (290 wRC+). He was named NL Player of the week last week, and he’s making it very hard to sit him.
