The Cubs’ first dinger of the second half was an Anthony Rizzo shot tonight off of Madison Bumgarner, which has to feel good, even if Bumgarner isn’t quite the guy he used to be.
This was a healthy blast to give the Cubs the lead:

Rizzo's solo homer is the go-ahead run. AND that HR is his 239th with the Cubs, tying Aramis Ramirez for 6th in franchise history. It's also his 533rd extra-base hit with the Cubs, passing Phil Cavarretta for 10th in franchise history.
