My Full 40-Straight-Hour Trade Deadline Blogathon is Now Locked In

Chicago Cubs

Folks, thanks to your generosity to Make-A-Wish, you have earned yourself maximum madness at the Trade Deadline. I committed to it, and I’ll do it (bouncing back from the lost pandemic year, so to speak): a 40-straight-hour Blogathon. In the early hours of the morning on Thursday, July 29 I’ll start writing, video’ing, tweeting (and caffeinating!), and I won’t stop until after the Trade Deadline on Friday, July 30. I think I’m even gonna sneak in a trip to the bleachers in there.

That’s not to say we have to stop raising funds for Make-A-Wish and all the incredible work they do! If you want to make a donation, you can go right here. If we top the $10,000 mark, what the heck, I’ll make sure to do something else silly and unnecessary and hopefully entertaining.

Bleacher Nation is partnering with Make-A-Wish® Illinois. The mission of Make-A-Wish is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Make-A-Wish cannot accomplish that mission without the help and support of others, and that’s where you came in and did something great.
