If you’re not able to watch tonight’s special ‘Field of Dreams’ game in Dyersville, Iowa between the White Sox and the Yankees, paying tribute to the movie, you will at least want to see how they opened the thing.
With the movie’s star, Kevin Costner, coming out onto the field to kick things off, he looked around, and there, from the corn, emerged the players. I cannot deny how cool this is:

Costner also gave a great pre-game speech:
"On the other side of that corn we filmed a movie that stood the test of time. Tonight, thanks to that enduring impact that that little movie had, it's allowed us to come here again."
Kevin Costner with a fantastic speech before today's game 🙏
