Having just reached Triple-A, as a 21-year-old breakout prospect, one of the clear 20 best in the game, Brennen Davis wasn’t about to waste any time showing off his power.
In his FIRST at bat tonight for the Iowa Cubs, he took an 0-2 breaker deep to left:

Of course he did that. Davis is such a stud. I hope he rakes the rest of the year at Iowa.
