Reds Trading Tommy Pham to the Red Sox
Tommy Pham, known best this year for his starring role in The Slap, has reportedly been traded by the Reds to the Red Sox.
It’s a curious move in isolation, since the Red Sox just started selling – Christian Vazquez to the Astros – but I suspect there is more coming. Maybe the Red Sox are about to trade JD Martinez, and Pham is gonna take some of those remaining at bats? Pham has been a below-average hitter this year, though, so who knows if he’d even help keep the Red Sox afloat.
