Spring Training Miscellany: Swanson Arrives, Suzuki Swats Tanks, More Madrigal at Third, Everyone’s Chilly
It was a cold one today at Cubs camp, the final day before the official Pitchers and Catchers Reporting date. Every picture and video today reflected a surprising Arizona chill.
As you can see there, new Cubs shortstop Dansby Swanson has arrived. Coif already in midseason form:

Nick Madrigal talked about his possible role(s) with the Cubs, and he’s certainly got the right attitude about the looming uncertainty:
