I think it’s going to be a home run-y kind of day. Manny Machado went deep for the Padres in the top of the second, but the Cubs followed up with a couple homers of their own.

Eric Hosmer (who maybe noticed that Matt Mervis homered earlier) went deep, and Nelson Velazquez went back-to-back:

Those were both CRUSHED. Over 400 feet apiece, and over 105 mph off the bat for both.
