Fantasy Football TE Rankings, Who Should I Add Off Waiver Wires:
Tyler Conklin (Jets) was the highest recommended TE waiver wire pickup this week.
Analysis
After totaling two catches on four targets in the first two weeks, Tyler Conklin has had four or more catches on continually increasing targets each of the past four weeks.
He has yet to score a touchdown all season (that’s Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard territory), so the upside is incredibly low, but if you’re looking for 8-10 points from your tight end (as most of us are), Conklin might be one of the higher floor options at the position.

Who are the best stashes from the Fantasy Football TE Rankings?
Cade Otton (Buccaneers) is one of the best tight end stashes ahead of Week 6.
Analysis
Cade Otton has emerged as a reliable option in fantasy football, showing considerable growth over the last three weeks.
During this span, he’s accumulated 21 targets, converting them into 16 catches for 143 yards, despite playing in a variety of game scripts. His recent consistency is encouraging, but what prevents him from being a surefire starting option for fantasy managers is his slow start to the season. In his first two games, Otton only managed to record a disappointing stat line of 1 catch for 5 yards and no touchdowns. This early-season slump has made his overall production appear inconsistent.
However, one thing that hasn’t wavered is Otton’s usage on the field. His route participation rate of 68%, ranking 14th among all tight ends, suggests he’s consistently involved in the Buccaneers’ passing game. This stable deployment offers optimism that his production will remain steady moving forward.
Looking ahead to a matchup against the New Orleans Saints, Otton may have a favorable opportunity. The Saints have been strong against quarterbacks and wide receivers, ranking fifth and ninth in fantasy points allowed to those positions, respectively.
However, they’ve been more vulnerable to tight ends, giving up an average of 9.2 schedule-adjusted fantasy points to the position, ranking 20th in the league. Last week, despite the Chiefs being light on wide receivers, tight ends Travis Kelce and Noah Gray combined for 11 catches and 99 yards, which highlights the potential for Otton to find similar success.
Currently available in 63% of Yahoo leagues, Otton offers one of the safest floors among tight ends due to his steady involvement in the offense. For managers in need of stability at the position, Otton is a solid waiver wire target.
