Fantasy Football WR Rankings, Who Should I Add Off Waiver Wires:
Jalen McMillan (Buccaneers), was the highest recommended WR waiver wire pickup this week.
Analysis
This is a Tuesday addition to the waiver column after we’ve confirmed the news that Chris Godwin is set to miss the remainder of the season (ankle) and Mike Evans is set to miss time as well (hamstring).
That leaves Jalen McMillan as, most likely, the next man up for Tampa Bay. The third-round rookie has flashed some promise on limited opportunities already, and those opportunities are likely to skyrocket in the coming weeks. With Baker Mayfield playing like one of the best distributors in the league this season, we should be stumbling to add his new top target.
I don’t mind going aggressive on McMillan (even higher than the recommended 15% FAAB if you’re in need), as the rewards could be extremely high in the short term.

Who are the best stashes from the Fantasy Football WR Rankings?
Mike Williams (Jets) is one of the best wide receiver stashes ahead of Week 8.
Analysis
Mike Williams finds himself in a precarious position following Davante Adams’ move to the New York Jets, which has made Williams the odd man out in a crowded wide receiver corps. With the NFL trade deadline looming on November 5th, there’s a strong possibility that Williams could be dealt to another team, particularly given the demand for a proven wideout across the league. For fantasy football managers, this makes Williams an intriguing add, as a fresh start with a new team could reinvigorate his value.
Although his production has been underwhelming this year, largely due to an inconsistent Jets offense and injury issues that sidelined him for much of 2023, Williams’ past success with the Los Angeles Chargers cannot be overlooked.
During his time in L.A., Williams posted two 1,000-yard seasons and delivered fantasy WR1 numbers in one season, along with two WR2 finishes between 2018 and 2022 in half-PPR formats. His big-play ability and experience as a primary target make him a potential game-changer if he lands in the right situation. Therefore, fantasy managers who are looking to bolster their wide receiver depth should consider stashing Williams ahead of the trade deadline, as his stock could rise significantly with a change of scenery.
