    What to watch for at the Wells Fargo Championship

    Quail Hollow Club will play at 7,521 yards for this event. Through the past year on Tour, the average tournament has been hosted on shorter courses, with an average distance of 7,277. Over the last year, PGA Tour stops have seen an average score of -5, while Quail Hollow Club has a recent scoring average of even par.

    McIlroy is considered the favorite by the Vegas odds as he looks to pick up the victory at Quail Hollow Club, just as Homa did in 2022. Patrick Cantlay, Finau, Xander Schauffele and Cameron Young are some of the others looking to make a name for themselves and climb the leaderboard this week.
