Byron Buxton Goes Down After Collision Near Second Base

There are not many MLB players more talented than Byron Buxton. Unfortunately, there are also not many MLB players more bitten by the injury bug than Byron Buxton. We don’t get to see him play nearly as much as we would like.

This stuff keeps happening. Today, Buxton collided with White Sox infielder Lenyn Sosa as he approached second base:

Since Buxton was DH’ing today, it’s not yet clear if he’s leaving the game. He was able to walk off the field, but that collision looked bad.
