Kevin Na Withdraws from Masters Tournament After 9 Holes

A member of the first group to tee off in the 87th iteration of the Masters, Kevin Na withdrew from the prestigious tournament after completing just nine holes.

Kevin Na posted a double-bogey on the first hole and bounced back with a birdie at hole No. 2. The LIV golfer went on the bogey three of the next four holes and ended the front nine with a score of 40 before pulling out of the tournament “due to illness.”

The 39-year-old ended the 2022 golf season as 49th in the Official World Golf Rankings and entered the Masters as one of 18 LIV Golf players.
