Truly scary moment in the White Sox-Twins game this afternoon, with Twins infielder Kyle Farmer taking a Lucas Giolito fastball directly off of his face. It’s about as bad as it gets.
It’s one of the scariest things that can happen in baseball:
Thankfully, Farmer was able to walk himself off the field, and hopefully whatever injuries he’s suffered were just superficial.
