Baltimore Ravens 7-Round Mock Draft

News, NFL

The Baltimore Ravens have gone through a tumultuous offseason with Lamar Jackson’s potential departure looming over their heads. His status would make a massive difference for their draft strategy and could potentially impact which picks they have in the 2023 NFL Draft. This Baltimore Ravens 7-Round mock draft focuses on their team needs and adding the best players available!

The Ravens only have five picks in this draft including 22, 86, 124, 157, and 199. They will likely be looking to add cornerbacks, edge rushers, and guards.

Baltimore Ravens 7-Round Mock Draft

Round 1 (No. 22)

Pick: Myles Murphy, EDGE, Clemson

Murphy may not be on the board by the time the Ravens pick, but he would be an exciting selection for them. At 6’5, 275 pounds, Murphy is a force on the edge and combined for 54 hurries and 15 sacks in the past two seasons.

Round 3 (No. 86)

Pick: Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson, CB, TCU

The Ravens almost certainly want to trade back at some point so they don’t have a 60-pick gap in the top 100. In this Baltimore Ravens mock draft, they stick to their guns and select the best corner on the board at this point in Hodges-Tomlinson. He is extremely small and needs to play on a defense that plays zone, but he is ferocious when breaking on the ball.

Baltimore plays the 8th-least amount of man coverage in the league, so he should fit right in.

Round 4 (No. 124)

Pick: Jaxson Kirkland, OG, Washington

Kirkland is a flexible lineman who transitioned from left tackle to left guard in 2022. He didn’t allow a single sack in 491 pass-blocking snaps last season as well. At 6’7, 321 pounds there is some upside with Kirkland.

Round 5 (No. 157)

Pick: Starling Thomas V, CB, UAB

Thomas ran a 4.30 40-yard dash at his Pro Day and would instantly add some speed to the Ravens’ secondary. He also only allowed a 69.4 passer rating on targets thrown his way.

Round 6 (No. 199)

Pick: Villiami Fehoko, EDGE, San Jose State Spartans

Fehoko is extremely underrated in draft circles right now, racking up 50 pressures and 12 sacks in 2022.
